The Student Journal is designed for children to review what they learn on a Sunday morning from the curriculum. Reviews are included for each week's lesson with space to take notes during Sunday school. Weekly outlines of passages to read that relate to each week's lesson are included for personal study during the week and are parallel to the Family Devotional. As families do devotions together, children can write down things they have learned, prayer requests, questions, and other concerns they can take to the Lord or ask their parents about. The journal pages can be printed as a two-sided booklet and hole-punched.
