Shipping policy

The following Shipping Information is provided by Grace Curriculum (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”).


Shipping Times:

Each new order will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 3-7 business days of the purchase date. For domestic orders, once your order leaves our warehouse, we estimate that your delivery should be within two weeks, depending on your selected shipping preferences. 


In the rare case that we do not have sufficient stock to fulfill an item from your order, we will cancel and refund you the item’s price to your original method of payment, including any additional shipping charges for that item.


PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ORDER(S) MAY EXPERIENCE DELAYS DURING PROMOTIONS AND HOLIDAYS, WEATHER/TRANSIT CONDITION CHANGES, OR WHILE PANDEMIC AND CONTAINMENT MEASURES ARE IN PLACE.


Standard Shipping - U.S.:

We ship most U.S. orders via FedEx or USPS, depending on the size and weight of the order. If you received your order and something was missing from your order, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at 818-909-5762. As soon as we verify the error, we’ll promptly address your issue. Please note: Some of your items may take longer to ship, resulting in receiving only part of your order and the other part at another time. 


We prefer to send items in as few boxes as possible. However, suppose your order requires abnormal or additional processing time and shipping costs. In that case, we encourage you to call us at 818-909-5762 to set up a custom solution that may separate your items but lower your shipping costs and improve delivery time. Please note: We ship Monday - Friday and do not consider weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.


Shipping Notifications:

When your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the status of your package(s). Check your shipping confirmation email for more delivery specifics. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders if you don’t see the confirmation email in your primary inbox. If you still cannot find the email, call us at 818-909-5762. 


Please note: If your order contains multiple packages, you may not receive a confirmation email with multiple tracking numbers. If you cannot track the status of all your packages, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at information@gracecurriculum.org, and we will be happy to help!


Product Pricing:

According to state and local laws, all prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to applicable taxes. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of a particular product. In said event, we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.


Notice an item you’ve recently purchased has gone on sale? We will honor a one-time price adjustment on that item in the form of a refund within seven days from the date your order is received. Suppose a discount code has been applied to the said order. In that case, you will only receive a price adjustment if the sale amount is more significant than the discount code. We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges. Price adjustments do not apply to e-Gift Cards. 


If you would like to request a price adjustment on a recent purchase, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at information@gracecurriculum.org. Please include your order number and the item(s) you are inquiring about in your email.


Discount Codes:

Grace Curriculum occasionally offers discount codes for promotions and sales to enter at checkout. Our discount codes cannot be combined, and many discount codes are only valid with one-time use per customer.


When applying a discount to your order, your subtotal will be adjusted accordingly. Discounts do not apply to shipping or tax.


To receive our family-ministries discount, please call us at 818-909-5762. This discount code is valid for unlimited use per church and cannot be combined with another discount code.


If, within seven days, you forgot to apply a discount to your order, don’t worry - email us at information@gracecurriculum.org, and our Customer Service Team will assist you. Please include your order number and the discount code you want to apply. Suppose the code is still valid and applies to the items you’ve ordered. In that case, our Customer Service Team will apply the discount code retroactively in the form of a refund to your original method of payment.
